Wale is the senior partner of the firm, he holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos, Akoka. He was elected an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) in 2000 and registered as an Estate Surveyor and Valuer by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). He is also a member of the Nigeria Institute Management.
He is a versed and widely experienced Estate Surveyor and Valuer with experience cutting across all areas of the profession such as valuation, property management, sales, letting, facility management, project management, estate development, site acquisition and general consultancy.
His professional experience spanning over 20 years is wide and varied ranging from lecturing at professional institutions and professional practice at Ekpa Associates (Jos), Femi Asiwaju& Company (Lagos) and finally at JideTaiwo& Company before he resigned to pioneer Wale Aderibigbe & Co.
She is a holder of Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics which she obtained from University of Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State in 2006 and master’s Degree in Energy Economics and policy from University of Surrey, United Kingdom.
She is a partner in the firm and heads the Project Management Department as well as Executive Officer Business unit of the firm. She is also a Registered PRINCE2 Practitioner. She has about 10 years cognate work experience especially in the areas of Banking, Tax administration, real estate agency management and marketing.
Oyeyemi works experience covers all aspects of Banking having worked with Enterprise Bank Limited, Nigeria for several years and left As Business Development Officer in 2009. She joined Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs, United Kingdom in 2011 where she worked as Assistant Officer, Personal Tax Unit on till 2014. She joined our firm in 2015.
He is a graduate of Estate Management. He bagged his HND Estate Management (UPPER CREDIT) from The Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, in 2006.
His work experience covers 7 years with firms such as: Bode Adediji Partnership, Victoria Island-Lagos and Wuse 2, Abuja Branch, as an Estate Surveyor; Oakstel Construction Company Agidingbi, Ikeja Lagos, as a Site Supervisor; and currently with Wale Aderibigbe & Co.
He is the manager of the Abuja office and currently head the Quality control unit of valuation department. He is happily married with children.
Paul joined the firm of Wale Aderibigbe and company in 2009 bringing a wealth of experience which he has applied to improve all aspects of service delivery for our clients.
He is currently in charge of Property valuation and Management. Paul has nearly 7 years of Estate Management experience working in the firm before transferring his service to our Port-Harcourt office as the branch manager.
He attended the Federal University of Technology, Akure where he obtained Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management.
Yemi holds an HND in Estate Management from Yaba College of Technology in 2011. He has 5 year work experience in assets and property valuation and he is also a probationer member of (NIESV) Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyor and Valuers.
His work experience which he began from the Central Valuation Department at Jide Taiwo & Co. and later worked with Uyo Capital City Development Authority (NYSC). He joined Wale Aderibigbe & Co. as Estate Surveyor currently in the Valuation Department of the firm.
Akin is a graduate of Estate Management from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State since 2008 and he has about 7 years cognate work experience specially in the areas of valuation, real estate agency and management.
He joined the firm as a Senior Estate Surveyor and he currently execute valuation job as well heads the Ibadan branch office. He is a sport enthusiast and loves playing soccer.
TaiwoKafaru is a graduate of estate Management from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos State where he bagged his Higher National Diploma in 2009. He has about 5 years cognate work experience especially in the areas of valuation and property management.
He worked with JideTaiwo & Co. and Alagbe & Partners before joining the company.
He is a property management expert and functions effectively in property valuation execution department of the firm.
She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management from Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State. She started his professional career with Jide Taiwo & Co. as Surveyor under the Central valuation Unit.
She also has a brief stint with Joe Akhigbe & Associate (Estate Surveyor and Valuer). She has over 4 years’ experience in all facets of Estate Management practice. She is currently a valuation marketing and execution surveyor at Wale Aderibigbe and Co.

He also worked with M.I Okoro and Asssociate for several years, had a brief stint with SP & A Ventures (PropertyMgt, Dev, Evaluation & Sales) and currently working in Island branch as branch Head of the company.
